Ralph Paterno has represented injured workers as an attorney since 1988. He served as a partner at the San Francisco law firm Airola, Williams, Otis and Paterno from 1990 to 1992; opened his own law practice in Oakland; and then joined Boxer+Gerson in 2005. He currently divides his time between the firm’s Oakland headquarters and managing its downtown Santa Rosa office that serves clients in the North Bay.
In addition to serving as a mediator for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the California Department of Insurance, Ralph has also worked as a teacher in two inner-city elementary schools.
Ralph plays in two bands, and writes and performs as a singer-songwriter.
Ralph enjoys tending to his garden, goats, and chickens in the North Bay countryside.
