Dikla Dolev joined Boxer+Gerson at the beginning of 2016, after spending seven years as a workers’ compensation specialist at law firms in Sacramento and Oakland. In 2019, she achieved the coveted designation of certified workers’ compensation specialist from the State of California.
In law school, Dikla developed a strong talent for legal writing and research — skills that serve her well in the often complex workers’ compensation cases she takes on for clients. She won the George R. Moscone Scholarship, which recognizes dedication to issues of equality and public service. Prior to her work at law firms, she served as staff attorney for an advocacy organization that represented foster youth in dependency proceedings. Dikla also has experience working with insurance companies, which gives her a deeper understanding of the negotiation process that can lead to better settlements before trial. All in all, her background gives her a unique edge in helping her clients get fair treatment under the law.
Dikla loves to travel the world, play recreational soccer, read, and spend time with her husband, daughter, and extended family.
