Bryan Sadiua’s legal career has focused solely on workers’ compensation—initially doing defense work with insurance companies, then pivoting in 2019 to representing injured workers. Bryan has enjoyed the opportunity to continue representing injured workers through joining Boxer+Gerson in 2022.
As a first-generation Filipino immigrant born to young parents, Bryan was exposed to the unfairness of poverty and the unlevel playing field between corporations and their workers. He traces his passion for supporting those who need it most back to his grandfather, who was an attorney in the Philippines representing rural parts of his province against powerful corporate interests. Today, at Boxer+Gerson, Bryan takes great pride in continuing that family legacy of legal service by fighting to ensure that injured workers are educated about their rights while navigating the complexities of the workers compensation system, and by helping them secure the benefits they are entitled to.
Growing up in Hawaii offered Bryan a cultural experience that helped shape his values and identity. His hobbies include surfing, playing lacrosse, and being outdoors whenever he can—but as a new father in 2022 he has not been able to fit any of those in!
At the University of San Francisco School of Law, Bryan was president of the Filipino-American Law Society and competed in Moot Court.
